*EZ Pay: EZ Pay is a subscription that you get for a 52 week subscription, that automatically drafts the listed amount every 13 weeks for your subscription from your debit/credit card. All other subscriptions must be paid in full in advance.

These are some great savings! I highly recommend anyone who is a Smart Shopper and uses coupons to at least have one Wed. – Sun. subscription (so you can get all the sales fliers on Wed. and start planning your trips) and a 2nd Sun. only subscription so you can have 2 sets of inserts to take advantage of those Publix Buy One Get One Free deals! Depending on how many weeks you get, you can repay yourself in your food savings from your first trip to the store or within the first month!

If you’re interested in getting a subscription and/or would like more details, please email me the following information:

Acronyms

BOGO or B1G1 = Buy One Get One free

IP = Internet Printed coupon
IVC = Instant Value Coupon, from Walgreens
MFR = Manufacturer
MIR = Mail In Rebate
MM = Money Maker*

$/x = $1/2 would mean $1 off 2 products, $1/1 would mean $1 off 1 product, etc etc

That’s not even all of the acronyms in the coupon world but those I use a lot. It seems like a lot at once, especially if you’re reading this and are a newbie. Don’t be intimidated! You’ll know it all in no time!

*With a MM deal, remember a store will not be paying you! It is your job to buy a ‘filler’ item that the MM can be applied to. Example: You buy an item that is a $1 MM therefore you need to buy an item(s) to total up to that $1 (which in turn are free anyways)

**ABOUT ME**

First, a little about myself:
I am a stay-at-home-mom to 3 absolutely gorgeous little girls (ages: 7, 3.5, and 7 months). We are a home schooling, eco-conscious, fun loving family. Aside from my daughters and family, I love to read, go to the beach, go shopping, and of course – save money!!

Second, my goals for this blog:
I plan on utilizing this blog to help share my tips and tricks for smart shopping and using coupons, enabling you to save thousands for your family every year. While I don’t claim to be a guru of any sorts, I have already saved my family over $6,000.00 since starting to coupon in March 2009. I am definitely still learning and plan to pass along anything I can to all my readers (how cool… I’ll have readers, lol) Being that 1) I’m not an overly serious person and 2) My family is my life, I also expect that I’ll blog about my regular life at times and some of my posts will be a little goofy. Hey, I’m at home all day with 3 kids, I laugh a lot and so should you!

So anyways, there’s my little intro. Be a doll: subscribe to me and Become A Fan on Facebook (icon on homepage). For my avid readers I plan on starting to do little contests…. maybe you’ll win some coupons, or even something from my beloved stock pile, who knows! I look forward to getting this blog going!!
